HI GUYS.

HI Guys, I'm new to this site and from what I have seen so far it is the best yet. I am a boat builder by trade, and spent a few years working on fishing boats, hence the models that I have built in the past. I have been out of boats for a few years building scale rc. helis but feel the need to build some more model boats. here are some pics of my models, feel free to ask any questions..  cheers  Gav

Welcome to the forum, Gav. Another Kiwi, I see - where in NZ are you?

Lovely models, and superb woodwork :-)) What scale are they?

PS: I know NZ is 2 hours ahead of us, but 76 years??????  {-) {-)(I'm looking at the date on 2 of the photos)

Hi Peter..    This one is 1/6 scale of a 32 foot crayfishing boat  CATBALU.

This one is also 1/6 scale English trawler   CHEVY CHASE..

These two are 1'' 1/4 to the foot models



So these are all large models.. I live in nelson peter  cheers  gav :-)) :-))                                         ps. pilot error on camera settings %% %%
