this information has been " borrowed from lifeboats 24/7 , the following codes are BS 381c standard , ;- oxford blue  105 , bold yellow 363 , rail red ( could be ral red ? ) 539 and brilliant orange 557 , car accsesory touch up  equivelents that i used to use being oxford blue , brilliant orange volkswagon , vauxhaul glacier white , red oxide primer ( close to aint foul red but must be sealed ) the decks should be of non slip coating but is very close to rover tempest grey ( it was normally usedon the rover 200 series below the waist line on the doors etc !)

Definitely RAIL red     ( RAL is an international standard just like BS).
