Newcomer in need of advice
« on: February 22, 2007, 04:17:22 pm »

i am building a model from scratch called the "VOODOO". its a deep-v racer designed for 7 cell electrics. about 600mm in length with a beam of 210. i am unsure about how to propell it?  i have seen surface drive set ups and outboard kits from graupner but don't know which would be best, i only want the boat for fun, not to race. would really appreciate any advice!  ;D

If you join the ASTEC Forum you will find that the designer of the boat, Paul Williams, is a member there and he will be more than happy to advise you.....straight from the horses mouth so to speak.
