washed my Clyde off this morning to remove dust, and for the first time was able to stand back and look at it in profile, so took a few shots.

Thanks rottweiler,  nowTHAT is a damn good idea for when I want to just sail it around the lake, instead of fitting 13 batteries, lol.

actually the bricks are just to weigh the lid down on my model hull storeage shed,so the wind doesn't blow it up, but the stones are something very special........they contain a load of small fossils from 180,000,000 years ago...........trilobites, amonites, and other little beauties.

The kids found them on the beaches at West Bay, Dorset last spring when we were down there for a week's holiday....they are fascinated by them.............mind you, comes from watching Primeaval on TV....they have aspirations of digging up the bones of a raptor or T rex, lol %% %% %%

Neil

What outboard did you use on the rib, i have sprayed one up to look similar to the Mariner 75 but i think it looks a a little out of scale?

One of the major "fiddly" jobs has now been done, the main mast is built up and sprayed, mobility scooter motors and brackets are also ready to be installed now...
