Made a start on the wheelhouse tonight and finished cutting and filing the wash ports as it was to cold for spraying the hull, deck sprayed though with textured grit spray...

Not much done today, had to start decorating..

Rudder made though with base support bolted into the hull and reinforcement to the rudder post in the hull, first attempt at the rudder post sleeve was in plastic pipe only to find it was to brittle and after a few turns of the rudder it snapped, so out came the plastic and in went a stainless replacement..

I popped round to check on progress on Sunday, looking good! He's only got a small room to decorate so that's no excuse. I'm doing some bits and bobs for him so should be finished by next Sunday!

Rudder servo now fixed and finished, need to finish the aft deck off now and i made a start making the window frames...

All window frames fitted long with exhausts, took quite a whlie to fill and sand the flying bridge, looking a bit more like a lifeboat now

oh my gawd....i feel like crying...sprayed my hull blue, and it's bloomed.....think theres some grease on it....will have top cut back tomorrow and start again........ggrrrrrr.
