Hi,

Just recently took to the model boat scene, I have a Micro Magic standard which I managed to build and set up nearly all by myself.

Thinking now of a electric powered boat, I like the look of the MTB types (theres a few at the local club) but I can't decide between a semi kit, or a plan and wood kit?

Any thoughts.

Have you seen the MTB for beginners Masterclass on here?

No should have looked,

I will try and get a copy of the mag. It doesn't sound to hard........and there seems to be loads of info. I think its time to bite the bullet and give it a go.
I know some of the Gents at the local club will help out should I get stuck.

Thanks.

Thanks DickyD

Had a look at the site, not a lot of detail there but the price seems very reasonable. I'm going to have a look on the web to see if I can find any building info.

I've not worked with Styrene before so any info I can get will be usefull.

Thanks Nick

Thanks LarryW,

So what do I get in the kit? is it just the hull and top deck, or do i get everything shown in the picture?
I know all the radio gear and motor etc aren't included. Shame there site doesn't have a bit more info on. And I don't seem able to find anything in the normal sites.
