Until his demise, Phil Smith, the designer of Verons range of both aircraft and boats, was selling copies of the plans that he had drawn. It was put forward that his son was going to carry on the business when things were sorted after the funeral. One of the A/C guys may have the e-mail address.

Marcus, A/C means aircraft. Phil Smith was a prolific model aircraft designer too.  I bought a set from e-bay but cant remember the vendor`s name. There is a thread somewhere on the forum explaining a couple of errors on the plan, worth searching for it. Dont forget to post some pics of the build.
