supplier of brass screws

I need to find a supplier of good quality 5/16" countersunk slotted brass screws.
any ideas?

You don't say what diameter screw you want, but there's some small brass csk screws here - http://www.alwayshobbies.com/Tools-$4-Materials/Fixings-and-Hinges/Woodscrews.ice  5/16" may be a tricky length to find though.

Wood screws are what I need, I should have said, I already ordered some screws that turned out to be machine screws, not what I needed.
I don't know how to specify the thickness.

Indicate thickness by millimeters such as 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm etc. I visualise the thickness of metric screws etc by looking at a twist drill bit of the same size eg 1mm drill bit etc.
