After a deliberate lapse of forum membership, I have now re-joined with a different username.   I hope this is OK with Martin and moderators.   To simmer 1470, I should now be able to reply to your message.

Why havent you the moral courage to use your previous name? You made the decision to leave. Its as shame
that you do not stand by your decision. When will you throw your toys out your pram again? John.
