Hi
What is the best glue to use to join Balsa / ply  to foam ?

An ordinary PVA glue will do it, but don't use any spirit based glue where it might touch the foam, you will just get holes!

If using PVA, Don't forget to use the waterproof type.

It needs to be light and very waterproof , are there no Super glue type glues for foam or is no more nails the closest to it, what is the Gorilla Glue like ?.

Gorilla Glue is excellent with gap filling properties. Worth experimenting with.
