Does Araldite have the same properties as Epoxy Resin? Can I use it to seal airline joint gaps?

Araldite is epoxy resin :-)

Can you define 'hairline joint gaps' and what pressure are they operating at?

GAS...epoxy resin can be used to seal hair line joint cracks....but what are the cracks in?

1. if in a previous epoxy glued joint...you would need to prep & roughen the joint with a V or U profile to allow the epoxy to actually fill the void...& the allow for sanding & painting
2. if the cracks were in a plastic sheet joint....you may need to consider reinforcing the underside of the joint with a strip of additional plastic or wood.......& then repeat the procedure above

Why not post an image & describe the construction..... %) ........Derek
