I would have thought with Mayhemers being boat people that someone would have mentioned "The Navy Lark".

I have never forgotten the classic Goon Show where Seagoon and Bloodnock are in their club complaining about the escalating price of tea and between them devise a brilliant plan to sail a tugboat to China, detach the country from Asia and tow it back to England whence the price would fall to a reasonable level.
