Would anyone regard £270 cheap for a MS Trent kit?

No not cheap but not totally over the top. Are we talking kit or completed model? Are you buying or selling?

If it's a kit with motors included you are on a winner

Even without motors it would probably create a bidding war
on a certain auction site

I would go for it as well.   I love the Model Slipway products and paid over the top for an 'out of production' model, still in it's box.   :-))
