Anyone used or have any info on this motor?  I have one kicking around my workshop, but have never used it.  I would like to know if it will run ok on 12v?
Any info appreciated

They are rated at 12 volts, but even on free running in a g/box they get hot.
They run on 9000 rpm at 12 volts, but the stall current is horrendous.
Do what I did with mine, either run on 6 volts or use as ballast in the bin.
I did the latter.

Could you recommend a decent 12v motor?  Low drain would be nice

If anyone has a Johnson 888 motor I would be pleased to buy it as a direct replacement for one which has given up the ghost! Thank you.

i was given two motors some time ago no name but a lot of numbers.. rs445paa15200r made in china gose ok on 12 volt has a metal sleeve on  which can be moved   any ideas
