Charge rate of a Li-po is safely done at 1C so 1 times the capacity of the battery, your battery is 2200 mAH = 2.2 AH which is your answer
It is fine to charge at a lower rate, some newer Li-po can be charged at 2C or even 5C but this MUST be state on the label.
