Motor Mine Sweepers 119 ft Short boat
 
My brother wants to build a working model of  a wooden
motor mine sweeper  of  WW11.
Can anyone tells us where to find info, plans, etc, on
these boats

Sorry I was a bit vague with my questions.
They were purpose built Admiralty Type Motor Mine Sweepers 119 ft long (short boat ) This was the first of the MMS classes produced in 1940. They were known as Micky Mouse Boats. There were aprox 200 built.

Hi Reg, we do a "Mickey Mouse in 1/48th scale as a semi kit, I responded to the other thread on research, but, just noticed this one here. It isn't on the Sirmar website at the moment, but, we still do it as a semi kit.
