Mayhem badge
« on: May 11, 2007, 10:01:41 pm »

I've seen references to a mayhem badge but a site search has shown nothing. Is there a design for one? Where do I find it?

It was just a downloadable idea for THE WEEKEND. Can't think of any others.

I'm working on "Mayhem Badges". I'm trying to find something relevent, tasteful and affordable.
If you come to the Mayhem weekend, I'll give you a hand written executive 'sticky' badge!  ;D

Not necessarily animated.

For the sake of sanity, please don't use the same glue as the Wogan TOGS stickers unless you want them to go to the grave with us!

I actually meant to say "Until I find something relevent, tasteful and affordable" etc....
but in case you're worried about the sticky... I could use drawing pins!!! 8)

Hi there Martin, you have forgotten the main items:

a)   A Computer keyboard stapped round our necks

b)  Computer monitor

c) Laptops

d) Giant extension lead

e) Connection to the world wide web

otherwise we will not be able to communicate with one another - we will be totally mute - and anti-virus is no option  ;D

Maybe if Martin provided a big enough board we could use postit notes. However I fear that the combination of spelling coupled with our atrophied handwriting skills would still make communication almost impossible....

Still, we could always point at the boats and make smiley faces.  :) ;) ;D

(Anyway, I'm signing off for a bit - a week in warmer climes but back tor Mayhem weekend)

Actually Shane , that's very close to what we'll be doing over the weekend....
We left a blank underneath to write names in when you come and introduce yourselves.

I've only got 150, so come early to get one!

Also, had another idea.... LET HAVE A SWAP MEET over the weekend!

Is it worth considering to have embroidered badges that sews on to caps and tops

Perhaps a poll of names interested in buying one, if they were available through MBM
