Does anybody know where I am likely to find a ready to run Proboat Volere 22 EP Motor Launch with 2.4GHz radio ?

I need to buy one for a Christmas present and all the dealers I have tried are out of stock.

If not is there anything very similar i.e. motor launch ?  It must be RTR.

I tried to get one of these earlier this year and gave up in the end. Couldn't get one anywhere.

Horizon Hobby are listed by Proboat as their UK distributor but oddly enough Horizon don't list the Volere. Maybe you can't get it here now. Perhaps drop them an email?

Horizon do list the classic runabout by Proboat but that's no longer listed on Proboat's site.

Ansmann Racing sell the Ansmann Lugano but I think again it's not available in the UK. Not sure if they could source one for you though.

I ended up buying the Graupner Ti Amo which a decent shop can supply RTR but it's much more expensive than the Volere and a fair bit bigger. If you go for this shop around though. You'll find one shop charges £90 more than anyone else which unfortunately is where I got mine.

I was looking to spend about £250 but as it must be a RTR could only find sports and speed boats but fancied an open motor launch.

And I don't think it's discontinued as it is listed on Proboat website and is marked as just launched in early 2011.
They used to have a barrel back RTR model which is now discontinued...
