A British, privately-registered vessel built in 1898 and 21.4m LOA.
What Regulations would apply at that date as far as navigation lights to be exhibited were concerned? Port, starboard, stern and masthead under normal steaming conditions or something else?
Would the lightboards have been Red or Green as was the case before these colours were superceded by black?
