Need a little help looking for ......

I wonder if someone can point me in the right direction, I am looking for the model boat special that has the conversion of the RNLI semi scale life boat in it. It was written by Bob Wilson ( I think) Can anyone remember it

was it a special or just the normal Monthly Mag ?.  I have seen a conversion somewhere recently in a mag..
