i was thinking crusader dident know ther was a 2 i have the 36 inch version just looked difent to that cheers peeps

is he still making boats ?

The little 36 inch one is the Crusader 3

I don't know if he's still going, he was ill recently. I believe he is, but can't confirm it...

andy do you recon a sc61 with tuned pipe will run it ok keeping the conventional drive  :-))

got the boat  :-)) its in worse state then it looks in the pick but for 30 quid worth the mony  has enybody got a coppy of the origanal set up instructions that came with it from bernard as the prop and rudder look well out of place and are seazed solid so will need replacing enyway  :-))

The rudder if I remember rightly should be an inch and a half infront of the transom, then there should be another inch and a half between Rudder and prop, but far as I can tell from those pics they look about right

col thanks andy  :-))   ive just got hold of a sub serfice flexy drive so i can have the angle a lot shalower then with a streat shaft  :-))

Bernard is still making boats and fittings on a limited basis (due to his health) but I'm sure would be happy to chat about the best way to get the boat back on the water. His number is 01454 417803.
The boat looks like it came from Stevenage (SV on the transom) and was probably over powered by a CMB 45.

Probably did come from Stevenage, but not anytime within the last 5 years as I've never seen it before...

by the look of all the fitings and propshaft the amount of rust sugests its been eather underwater or outside for quite some time
