find some dead flowering hemlock  break off the stalk where ever suitable for scale you are using. spray the flower head with diluted pva glue and carefully sprinkle on the appropriate flock material (i use woodland scenics), let dry and fix with hairspray or another coating of glue. the only down side is they are fragile so really need to be put in a low 'traffic'  area.  i will leave  it up to the mods.  if they want to combine this with krishna's thread.
