MyHobbyStore - Status??

Folks,

Does anyone know the status of "MyHobbyStore"??

I have tried numerous times to place an order, for plans, on their WEB Site, since Christmas and I get error messages when ordering.

I have sent them several email inquiries but no reply.

Just wondering if anyone has been able to contact them in the last three (3) weeks or know if they still are in business.

Just clicked on the banner on this forum home page and did a trial order through to checkout without a problem.
When do you get the error message?
Is it when you try to make a payment?

The company are trading normally, I look after the Model Boats website (but not the shop!)

The site can sometimes be slow I find which can cause timeout errors , what error messages are you getting?

When you say you have tried numerous times do you mean over several days or within a short period of time?

Thank you for the replies.

The error I get when I go to checkout and pay for my order, I get the error;

"Checkout Sorry there was a problem processing your order. The error message was; Server responds INVALID"

My order was for 6 boat plans. I have tried just buying one plan, but still get the same error message.

Each of my attempts had 2 or 3 days in between. I tried placing my 1st order the week after Christmas.

I have sent them 4 emails now, with screenshots of the error message and my order, but no response.

I appreciate the insights.
