Hi guys

Any one know were I can get plans for building a plank on frame Formidable Class Battleship ?

Any one built one of these ships ?

Ron Dean, at Deans Marine do a fibre glass hull of a Majestic class battleship and this may be close enough to use. I believe under the "Mouldeans" banner they sell the hull separatley.

It's some years since I've seen one in the flesh but seem to recall they were quite good. Scale is 1/96.

I had considered doing this when looking to do a Formidable as I think the hull is a bit longer than a Majestic and thinner (I cannot remember exactly) so you could quarter the hull moulding and add/remove the required material and reshape the ram bow.
