Probably direct from him. As a smaller maker he is unlikely to have an agent. Why not e mail him? John.

Hemmen's name has produced some great things but I fear I have read many a slow report on John as of late- I do not disparage him just stating what has been posted on in other forums while other waited on boilers ordered and engines left for service.

Now for opinion- I would own any Hemmen's engine or boiler any time. As all Hemmen's products I have seen  are  quality indeed only equaled recently by the now demised Monahan Products. Nick ( alive and well) made us on this side of the pond very proud to be steam boaters.

There is a hemmens plant for sale in the sales section on this forum almost new and at a fair price, you might have to wait for one from John but what you get is worth waiting for, nobody today makes a better looking boiler and the richmond engine is powerful and reliable ,if you can find one of the earlier hemmens  max11 or a max v4 engines you would not be disappointed regards Allan

I don't know your reasons for wanting a Hemmens but I've just purchased a 2v-10m from tinypower.
