My daughter and I wen't to are Karate gradeing today and I am so tired...................But at least my daughter and I now have are Yellow belts!!!  :-) :-)

I used to do sport Karate when I was younger, then moved on to Kendo

We train with GKR and we love it we started back in October and train once a week.

Hey congrats to you Dave, it's a great feeling and great for family time and excercise too.....restarted again myself 2 years ago and seriously got the bug now and got a few competitions I hope this year - enjoy mate  :}
