I know this will be a complete shot in the dark, but has anyone PLEASE got a 1/12th scale BUILT Tamar Lifeboat, they are willing to part with ? I am willing to pay a reasonable good. price for one. It does not have to have radio gear installed, but would be good,if it has
My modelling skills are absolutely zilch,I could never have the skill to build one, I do have the "shakes" which does make life a little more difficult. I suppose I am a cheque book modeller,but does it really matter,as I get great enjoyment taking my 1/12th scale lifeboats around Cornwall and Devon, raising much needed funds for the R.N.L.I.
Having seen a superb model Tamar at the Brighton Show last weekend, I would just love to have one.
Please don't put me down,for buying models,they are being put to good use.
I have posted this under the wants section, but realise I MAY get more response here.
Again, if any interested party would like to take a ready to run Caldercraft Drifter as part payment for the Tamar, plus cash balance,that would suit me also, but I can offer cash or cheque.

          Hi to all,
I am really disappointed (boo hoo weep weep ) that nobody has got a Tamar they dont want. Not surprised really,as they are such a super model.aagh well...I will keep on dreaming !
