bit of help to get started
« on: April 23, 2012, 10:24:40 pm »

I am building a freelance tug based on the tid type (after reading georges masterclass) I need a drawing of  the super structure just to get the general idea of layout. Does anyone have a plan that could be emailed? it only needs to be A4 as i can scale it. Anything will do just to give me an idea. Even a photo of a plan .
Cheers Dave ok2

Dave. Treat yourself to a car ride to Maldon and look at the Tid tug on the prom, its a steam one. You could take some photos and base your build on this one. Also a chance to have a drink at adjacent pub. At times there are people around so it may be pssible to go aboard. John.
