hi guys newbie here , i am building a 50" perkasa and have been supplied by a model shop 2,speed turbo 700 bb motors part n/o 6316,2,fusionspeed controllers part n/o fs-aqp128, 2 s type 2
blade r/h props,and 2 , 7-2 nimh batts. it was sugested the 2 batts in series to make 12/14 volts to run this set up will this work ok ? also where do i need to install a fuse all replies greatly

sometimes a bit of trial and error is needed in situations like this. I think that joining the batteries in series will cause the motors to spin too fast possibly draw too much current, either way your run time will be pretty poor. Ideally connect 1 battery to 1 esc to 1 motor and the do the same for the other side. The fuse needs to be in the red wire on the input side of the esc. You will need 2 fuses. 1 for each speed controller.

you will need to connect the two esc's togeather by a servo Y lead. If the esc's have a bec to run your receiver you will need to cut one of the red leads on the Y lead otherwise you will have a double feed of power to the esc

I know its mentioned elsewhere but a good tip is to not cut the unwanted red wire for the BEC but to lift the prong on the terminal, remove it from the plug and tape it securely and safely out of the way.  That way if and when you remove the ESC form the boat at some other time you can reinstate it without having to solder anything.  Just a thought!
