Blimey must be hell of an engine too swing a tap wrench  {-)

Nice pump George, I do like the horizontal version, most of my pumps are geared 6:1 although I did a direct engine driven pump a few years ago 3/16 bore  x 3/8 stroke, and still ended up bypassing most of it, mind you on my high speed engines I am doing around 6000 RPM.
You have a nice plant there pettyofficernick, have fun (and an oil can)  :-))

Hi Phil.

My flash steamer has the water and fuel pumps geared down 6/1 from the engine, water pump is 1/4" bore x 3/8" stroke, fuel pump is  3/16" bore x 3/8" stroke but my engine does 15,000r.p.m on the bench probably about 11,000 on the water and the coil uses every drop of water it can get, how would you like to try and catch it coming at you at 50 m.p.h.
OOYAH is laid up at present as it's too dangerous to sail it on radio in a public lake.

Here's a couple of photos of the two variations of the pump that George makes.

Thanks Nick for posting the pics, I am still having trouble with POSTIMAGE when I try to post say 3- off pics it will only post 1- off.
I think it has something to do with my MAC, I had no problems posting multiple pics before the new format but I will keep trying.

I have been trying to post some pics of the pumps to fit onto the TVR engine with no luck, however as they have already been kindly posted by Nick I will give up.

If anybody wants a pump for their TVR, horizontal or Vertical, give me a P.M. or e-mail and I will give details of the pumps which I will make for them.
