Bluebird has had a trial run on bewl water, but had a little problem when they opened the throttle too quickly.

Colin Chapman did that when testing with some of his early F1 cars, on more than one occasion.

I remember seeing a Coventry Climax jackshaft twisted 90 degrees. Did the timing no good at all. But can't wait to see Bluebird in action. Great stuff!

Nice to see the old Bluebird back on the water- must start on my kit from Touchwood models, almost forgot I had it!
The coupling looks like some my first attempts at connecting a car heater motor to my prop shaft in my 1/12 Air sea rescue launch all those years ago- same result!!! {-)

Nick , that isnt the old Bluebird (K7) but a split (sorry) new one K777, a replica.
