Hello everybody,
It's time to see what gives the assembly of the cabin and the hull(shell). I have to put the hull numbers and to complete the mast.

I'll take a break with "Les trois Grunes" for few days because I 'll have to replace a bow thruster of my ferry "Barfleur".

Hi Midori

Great progress. Nice ferry -  Can you post a bigger picture of it please?
When I click on your latest photos the ones that open up are only small.

The more I see of this beak hull the more I'd like to have one.

 Good evening,
My knowledge in image uploading are very limited. So, I will try again.

For my ferry, when I ve installed my bow thruster I did not notice that some resine had blocked the blade of the propeller.I sometimes navigated like that but a propeller is compulsory.

.
If the size is not correct yet, let me know, I should be able to ask some advices from a friend.

Hello everybody,
These last weeks, I did not work on " three grunes " because I 've  made a new workshop to make my models and it's nearly finished. Concerning "Berfleur", it measures 1.57 m, I would open soon a subject on my ferry. I had forgotten, my ship lifeboat is powered by two speed 600 eco motors.

Bonsoir à tous,
After a few weeks of absence, during which I ' have build my workshop, I'm back again on "Les 3 grunes" . I began to put sidelights and the polaris system. The mast is made in 3 mm rod plasticard. I add  factice electric wires on the mast in 0.3 mm plastic. It was not easy to paint each one because at first i had to stick them  on the mast.Otherwise wires can't be fixed

Bonne Année à tous,
Sorry for delay, but I had to work at home and more time than I thought . So now, My model is completed, and it is time to check if everythings is all right. Few years ago, I put on the sea, close to port racine a tiny port on the north cotentin peninsula. I had a good surprise, " les trois grunes " speed was very corrected and she could turn perfectly.
It is always a pleasure to sail with a lifeboat.
It is time to say that SNS 143 is completed
Thank you for your messages.

what a beautiful model midori...........do you have any video footage on youtube that you could link us too. of her sailing....she looks fantastic.....and well worth the wait to see.

I found out the other day that our own lifeboat station Fleetwood will have her own Shannon Class in 2015........so willl be building a fast lifeboat myself before long.

great to see your finished model. she is a stunner.
