Your down to the Toy shop selection here. If you knew the height of the chairs then this might be the answer.

Wow! That's BIG.
Action Man size. You may need to fabricate your own, which should not be too hard at that scale.

Maybe look at some of the RC model car seats.

Hasbro also do 1/6 scale military vehicles with bench seats.

An Airboat type design

  Regards Ian

Have you seen the variations in Airboats seat designs?, then there's single seats, double seats, triple seats?, what material is it supposed to represent? wood slats?, steel tubing?, aluminium bucket? canvas or vinyl?, what period airboat model is it? and maybe the quantity required would be useful too...

Perhaps the originating poster might be better off responding.

And perhaps Kenny and Tiger have already given a clue to where the O/P may start to search? :-))

And perhaps there are other alternatives which may be as good, if not better, than the two non-specific suggestions provided, and if the O/P gets a chance to reply and expand on what they are ideally looking for.

I've got a couple of diffrent model-Aero seats that are basically moulded shells with padding on them, and I also have a R/C buggy with a similar scale seat fitted. If you knew what you wanted, might be ble to fix you up, or take measurements for you to make your own.

There are also some cockpit kits available, and a range of seat-belts, harnesses, joysticks, instruments, etc, but they might not be substantial enogh for your purpose, and they can also be a bit pricey, but it's another avenue of investigation.

With reference to (model) aircraft seats, especially those fitted to 'between the wars types', the seats aren't much more than a basic shell or bucket and similar to some of the Airboat seats, and are also relatively easy to replicate using the appropriate section of a suitably-sized/shaped plastic bottle or container, then just add the necessary framework to suit your model.

How to cut a square bottle, and/or £20 for a 'scale' Focke-Wulf FW.190 Seat?
