1/12 Severn lifeboat colours

I am building the speedline 1/12 Severn lifeboat and
Having problems with the correct colours the rnli sent me the
Colours from the engineering department
I then went to halfords and they said they can't mix the
Paint up because there was no car manufacture with the code
Any help please

The British standard colours are:
Oxford blue - 105
Current red - 539
Orange - 557


Any good car paint supplier can make you these either in a bottle for the spray gun or in rattle cans.
