what size prop

Ok so I'm after props for my SC 40 marine ic  6.5cc as it came with no instructions


Wow to many Jack Daniels last night that's a little on the blurred side Hic LOL
So props what size what rotation and its a 2BA prop shaft

Another post says 4BA and this one 2BA, which is it?

I think Dave Marles at Prestwich used to sell SC engines so he may be able to help.

Ok so as a direct drive for 6.5 cc its showing these two now what's the difference if any ?
What should I go for the boat will be a 44" MTB GRP hull if that helps

Difference is the diameter and pitch.......... :D
Pitch is the theoretical distance the prop will move forward under 1 revolution, you will never achieve this as all props have some slip.
Note that Dave's props are all done for M5 shafts that are used in the FSRV racing boats so this is only a size guide. I have no idea who does 2BA (4,7mm) props I'm afraid although Prop Shop will do what you want.
