It`s great to see the old black & white photo`s,especially the "fast patrol lifeboat"(img052.jpeg).i have tried everywhere for the plans for this boat eg: poole,nmm somebody somewhere has got it and if you know where i am interested

No Idea about any drawings but was built by a well known modeller of the time, keith Osbourne (sp) or similar and featured in Model Boats, there was a picture on the cover. I think the model is of the Dover boat.

Any idea what sailing boat in the very first picture is ?  Could it be "Angelaina" ?
No idea. I think though that the one with the white sails was built the Scotch chap who designed that card model of the SD14. He was well known at the time though his name escapes me at present.

Thanks Budgie, I`ll open another "what this model" thread.  It was bought in Aberdeen so you may be right with the Scottish connection.

Thank you for the info lb on the "dover" lifeboat,there was only ever 1 made and i have wanted to know if a model of one  was ever built & by whom,now i know i will follow up on the info given,once again thank you for that.baloo (Martin)
