Worlds highest lighthouse I think. If you had cropped it tighter I might have said Rotterdam (apart from the hills!).

Correct, at the top of the OberAlppass in Switzerland, 2046metres. It's there as this is the source of the Rhine. Photo taken in June this year when on a European tour.
