Take a piece of steel, file required shape into edge, use as a scraper along piece of square section timber.
Hold / clamp strip wood on your bench and draw steel along it....do it gently until edge of steel blade runs flush with bench.

Hi, I use half round 1/8 brass, from Blackgates. Or use square wood if it will bend & once secure take the edges off with plane or scraper
