I have a two cylinder steam plant produced by Maxwell Hemmens in need of servicing. It is one of a small number produced for me (Maritime Models) and Marvon Models to go into the Marvon Queen. In that it is a vertical boiler, centre flue, wood lagged and fitted with a false fire door to emulate the boiler in the African Queen, (but rather smarter).
Can anyone assist in bringing this back to its former glory. It was used regularly, but has since been on display.
