Hi to all champs...

Need one help from you.

I want to make a working/functional model of gravity Davit for one project. Size would be 3 to 4 feet. Looking for design and material.

Can any one support?

Just to add, you mentioned material. As it is 3/4 ft high making it out of steel may render it too heavy if you have to lug it about. So maybe you could make it out of wood, or moulded plastic. If you're wanting it to be a miniature replica then obviously welded steel sections are going to have to be used, I suppose you could house it on wooden plinth with wheels on for ease of transportation.

Yes,

It is for one project. And will be used for long time so I am planning to use ss material. Will make a boat from balsa and base would be thick ply.

Want to make a close lifeboat also if any one have design or plan please help???!!!
