I have no affiliation with these companies, just a very satisfied customer. I recently purchased a Billings kit from a German on-line shop, Hobby Direkt. Their service was excellent, and overall the quality of the Billings kit was very good. I was, however, a bit disappointed with the quality of the Obechi planking strips. The Kit contents included a complaints form which I filled in and sent off to Krick in Germany (I am in Austria). Krick being the distributor for these kits. A few days later a parcel arrived from Krick with replacement planking, better quality, more than I had asked for, and an apology. That's what I call after sales service. Credit where credit is due, well done Krick.
