12 members of Glasgow Richmond Model Boat Club are ready for the weekends fun.
This is always a very enjoyable event and about eight are itching to take advantage of the fantastic tug towing facilities provided.
See you all tomorrow bright and early :-))
All the best.
Brian.

Definitely worth a visit plenty of Models on show, Trade stalls, Bring and Buy also you have the Boat Museum. There is a list of trader’s further back in this thread. I will be off at 07.00 to help set up one of the displays. Hope you make it the weather forecast is not to bad either. Lunch time I have been told is high tide on the Mersey so we may see some action on the Manchester ship canal which runs alongside the museum.

When I got there there was a queue for the car park which was well and truly overflowed and I parked some way away.  Very well worth the walk.  Lots of superb models on the club stands, this show needs and deserves to attract more traders.  Cracking show, thanks to everybody who put the time and effort into it.

Just pictures of a couple of boats that caught my eye.

The Show today was very, very good,
The weather was very, very good too, lots of sun, wind for yacht sailing, was a bit on the light side, but was OK.
I sailed Endeavour from 9am till 3pm, when I HAD to stop and get some food and drink !!!.
Afterwards folk were asking, where were you - - why were you not sailing !.
Crowds of really interested people lining the banks - - cameras galore, I was not able to sail and take photos, lots of other boats about.
Arrived home feeling rather shattered - - - but very happy !!.
AND, there is tomorrow, when we can do it all again !.

Thanks for the pics.
It looks like I didn't miss any displays (unless you did too) - it was more fragmented than Haydock  {:-{  . Lovely day for it.

There were a few Clubs I have not taken pictures of yet as I was not really able to get a clear show due to people viewing the Models   O0
