hi all,

im looking for a full kit of a brade im sure K&S models did 1:12 but not sure if they still going,   i no models by design have got one but isnt a full kit

wonder if any one can advise me on getting one that be fantastic help,

you can get a hull and superstructure from Models by design and a fittings kit from Metcalf Mouldings but I think that's as close as you will get.........there was one on ebay only the other day. neil

one on ebay is still there but he or some one else has spreyd painted over the lines,

is metcalf fittings kit mainly full kit ad then find bits and bobs

I don't know what's in the kit smudger..........just the basic parts such as stanchions, etc......similar to what you get for the Mersey I think.
sadly the brede has never been a favourite of mine so am not really conversant with it as a model. sortry,

Kingston Mouldings also do the 1/12 scale Brede hull and superstructure.
I'm sure Macs Mouldings do the window/door set and some of the fittings.
Model Slipway also do some 1/12 scale fittings.
Waverley Models is another option for lifeboat fittings.
Will build one myself when I ever get the time....do keep us posted on your build if you go ahead.
