Or

http://www.vinyllettering.org.uk/Vinyl-Lettering-Fonts.html

Have used them a few times and always had excellent results and great service.  The have a calculator on the site that lets you choose the font in your colour of choice to give you an idea of the finished article.

I took a chance to try a different brand of decals and bought a 5 pack of A4 clear decal paper off EBay

Looking at the last instruction no.8 it says.

Put into oven, baking in a temperature of 110-130 C for 10-15 minutes.

Anybody know or hear of this for decals. I was looking to get the water slide ones.

I think you should try and avoid putting your boat in the oven at 130C if you can.  Most of the decal papers can be used to put personalised pictures on coffee mugs and to make the mugs wash proof you can bake the decal on.
Just print onto the paper for ordinary waterslide decals.  Give it a hour or two to dry then seal the printing on using some kind of laquer applied in very thin coats.  If you've printed with a inkjet printer the ink is water soluble so needs to be sealed with the laquer or it will wash off when you wet the decal.
After the laquer is dry cut out your decal and apply as normal.  They usually work best on a gloss surface but you can matt coat over them later if you want to.

I usually use Crafty Computer decal paper just these instructions seems different to what I use to.

Just wondering if they'll be alright used as normal decals .

I've used CraftyComputerPapers waterslide and the stuff off Ebay and they don't seem much different.  CCP paper may be a little better.  I've tried their custom rub down too and that's a bit tricky to use but gives quite good results despite being very wasteful (it's difficult to use it in small pieces)  I've been looking for a good source of american type waterslide paper but I can't find it in the UK.  It has blue backing paper which is very useful when I'm printing in white, it's also quite thin and responds to Microscale's setting solution.
