never heard of anyone, but you might try googling John R Haynes for fittings.....he's a professional model builder who sometimes makes fittings for his models available to the public.

Good Day Neil and TailUK

I've had a good look through John's site, mainly RN and USN, nothing Russian.

Sorry I hadn't thought about the time period, The fittings are for a modern Russian warship.

There's a pretty good model boat scene in Eastern Europe. There should be someone over there who is selling the bits and pieces you need.  You could contacting a Polish magazine called " Modelarstwo Okretowe".  I think they advertise here on Mayhem http://www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,33472.0.html.  Trying dropping them a line and you might be able to find a supplier through them.  You may need to use something like Bing Translator but it could be worth the effort.

hello Richard   there is a number of  modellers  in OZ belonging to TF72 presently  building Russian warships . Although it does depend on the period  as  Soviet period warships differs in a number of  respects from the present .  You could try Alan Pew  models   or Southern cross models    http://www.southerncrossmodels.com.au/about.php. I'm not sure of Alan's  address   but the guys from TF72 will put you right .  I know Southern Cross market Soviet period warships and fittings.  Failing  all that  you could   contact Jonathan Evans   wwwhmcsmodels.com  .Jonathan does a range of Soviet period fittings at 1:72 scale . Hope this helps .

Richard

I get together with Brian for a few hours most weekends. He has a small but ever increasing range of fittings for 1:72nd Russian Warships. He is always happy to take on moulding new parts.

Brian has recently setup a web site showing the parts that he has available. He can be contacted through his web site at:
