Fair enough, my parents have a cinecamera but have only taken sample footage to show they could use it and then forgot again!

thank you to all those people who made the effort to join in , im glad you had an enjoyable day , i know mary and i did , it would have been nice with a bit more breeze to have kept the barge sailing a little faster rather than had to rely on its donkey motor so much , maybe next time ??? jon

The Ballad of Bunny and Chick

 Bunny and Chick set out to sea on a beautiful pea green boat
 Springer tug, black and white.

 On some sort of 'Stuffed toys for Justice' style protest...
 A hungry dog looked on!
Bunny looked a little worse for wear, following a night down a nearby rabbit hole...

As Bunny and Chick left the basin,
they passed the big, slow, Ohio.

Whose owner was busy taking pictures of his own model, very nice too %)

But no sooner had Bunny and Chick got round the corner....

Bunny fell over the side!

Did he fall or was he pushed?
Chick wouldn't tell.

Chick tried valiantly to push Bunny to the side,
using the big, sharp propellers fitted to the
beautiful pea green
black and white Springer Tug....but to no avail.

Bunny was completely waterlogged. <:(

Bunnys owner tried to dry Bunny out,
By wringing bunnys neck...
But Bunny was soaked through and through!

So Bunnys owner dumped Bunny on the tow path..

And the dog ate him :}

Your Bunny was carried home by one of my crew {-)
Now I have to say i expected him to demand a ransom for the safe return of bunny to the Portsmouth club tent.  The normal fee would be a beer all round BUT i didn't find the pub. Im sure there is one , maybe next time i will find it.
Don't lose your bunny it's not funny :}

no mary hasnt got her own lifejacket , shes learnt to swim very well over the last 18 months , but prefers the sea rather than a canal .
