The speed controller is the unit on the bottom right. I can see the two heat sinks and reversing relay.

Cheers,

If all else fails you can always look at the diagram for the P94.  http://www.action-electronics.co.uk/pdfs/P94.pdf  It shows a connection for a third motor on a center shaft, so at a guess its a P80 or earlier equivalent.  Following the control wire from the top left board, it seems to go just where it would need to if plugged into such an installation.
The OP picture shows, oddly, a distribution board fused at 15A, with, if I am reading it right, motor leads fused at 20A.  If I've read it right, these latter fuses are redundant, they can never get the current required to blow because the 15A fuses must go first.  Effectively, they are just test links for the individual motors.

Can confirm items are P80, P92, P94, P95/2 and P95/1, clockwise from top left.
Sensibly the main (centre) fuse on the P92 should be 25A as supplied, and the other two no more than 15A (also as supplied). The motor fuses in the P95 boards should be 10A apiece. Otherwise, as Malcolm says, some fuses are redundant.
FYI the 'P' numbers are always etched into the copper side of the circuit board (except P44. Only Craig could tell us why, and he's not saying...........).
