hi all haveing a go at rivets ...after painting im hopeing for a good effect

Is this the model? If so I like your weathering technique. The rivets look like those mini jewels you can buy for fingernail decoration. If so that is a brilliant find for those wanting to do riveting. Something I will write down on my useful tips word document!

the other way of simulating rivets or seam welds is the cyano glue gels, - apply dots for rivets and a fine bead for welds and then activate using the zip kicker type activator spray, then when set hard paint !
