Yep, I reckon one of those would keep the perishin' ducks away from the boats on our local lake. One of those little clip on motors attached underneath the head, miniature servos/rx and a small lipo battery pack in the head...maybe even a couple of HiViz red led's in the eyes. Definite potential there...

You could make one out paper mache and varnish it to test you modelling/ designing skills. If it was character enough you might be able to mould some and sell copies.
