Ouch!  What happened there?  Did someone sit on it?

I'd love to help but that is way beyond me I'm afraid.  Good luck and I hope Beagle is returned to her former condition.  (Do you know who built the model?  Might be worth a try if you can find some contact details.)

Think it may be the revell kit.  £22 for replacement if it is 1/96 scale
